    Help At Home LLC provides community living support services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.  We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals/Community Living Coaches to support our DD residents in our CLA (Community Living Arrangements) homes in WAYCROSS, GEORGIA FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS: 

     

    FULL-TIME DD COMMUNITY LIVING COACH/DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (CLA HOME IN WAYCROSS)

    *8am-8pm Monday - Friday AND *Every Other weekend 8am-8pm

    *This employee will accrue Paid Time Off and qualify for benefits as a full-time employee

     

    The DD Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direction and support in the activities of daily living for residents in the company-operated group homes. The group home setting serves individuals in a safe and nurturing environment where they may receive personal support, transportation, assistance with meal preparation and shopping. The DSP works to provide the services needed by each individual living in the homes.

     

    In order to be eligible for this role, you should have:

    • At least 18 years of age;
    • 1 or more years of experience working successfully with elderly and/or developmentally disabled individuals;
    • Ability to perform all personal support duties as needed to support the person's care plan;
    • Current driver's license;
    • Current CPR/First Aid certification;
    • CPI Certification;
    • Current TB screening;
    • Fingerprints (background search) and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
    • Basic computer skills.
