    Summary:

     

    Tatitlek Federal Services, Inc., is seeking an experienced Management Analyst II and SCIF Administrator to support a program with our government customer. The position is be based in Washington, DC.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

     

    • Administratively manage the customer service area which includes coordinating and setting up meetings for the SCIF, clearance verification escorting, ensuring customers sign in, greeting customers in the customer service area
    • Responsible for the procurement of office supplies for the SCIF
    • Responsible for updating the SharePoint site and designated share drive folders with assigned information
    • Coordinate and produce the SCIF closing roster and update the roster as changes occur
    • Assist with reviewing national security clearance verifications in Security Manager and Scattered Castles and publishing and providing the Clearance Roster to staff and applicable stakeholders
    • Experience assisting with SCIF duties and procedures
    • Provide a variety of assistance to the customer and leadership team
    • Coordinate and update assigned standard operating procedures as needed

     

     

    Required Skills

    REQUIRED EDUCATION & SKILLS:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
    • A minimum of (5+) years of related experience
    • Excellent technical writing skills to include spelling, grammar, and punctuation
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others
    • All personnel working in this area must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI Clearance.

     

    DESIRED SKILLS:

     

    • Must be able to adjust to constantly changing priorities and demands
    • Frequently interacts with customers and/or functional peer group
    • May interact with senior management
    • Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company
    • Knowledge of SharePoint
    • Analytical and organizational skills
