Retail Member Service Representative

Here at Latitude & CO, we are a local firm in the Metro Detroit area looking to hire a Retail Member Service Representative to assist our management staff with encouraging a positive company culture, as well as contributing new ideas that drive company growth. We believe the best way to service our clients' growing customer base is through face-to-face interactions, thus the Retail Member Service Representative must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

We want to differentiate ourselves from the competition, so our amazing and knowledgeable staff will be the key to our success. Providing insight on products and services that are tailored to meet our customers' needs will be the primary responsibility of the Retail Member Service Representative.

Job Duties:

• Retain product knowledge to ensure the customer has a full understanding of the services offered.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving concerns.
• Demonstrate the value of our clients services, while answering questions and redirecting objections.
• Work with management and team members to achieve preferred outcomes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and reliable attendance.
• Handle customer personal information with high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
• Attend scheduled training, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Follow retail partners guidelines.

• Ability to communicate effectively and speak clearly.
• Confident and persuasive speaking skills.
• Display polite and cordial demeanor when addressing customers.
• Adept with handling customer requests with minimal needs for escalations.
• Able to remain calm when faced with pessimism.
• Comfortable working with personal technology, such as mobile devices and personal video platforms.
