Required Skills

• Development experience using Java or Python
• Experience with Java concurrency and multi-threaded applications
• Hands-on experience in implementation and development in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and DevOps experience, Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with container and orchestration technologies such as Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Unix/Linux OS Platform, Application Servers like JBoss, Tomcat, Apache Webserver or NGINX

Desired Skills

• Experience with C/C++ development
• Application and System Design and Build experience using RESTful APIs, Webservices, streaming and JMS/EMS integration patterns
• Preferred experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, Security Groups, CloudFormation, ElasticCache, Kafka, etc.

EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

AREA OF STUDY PREFERRED

• Business or Computer Science

CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED

• Specialized training in specific platforms, enterprise
• AWS Certification

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of related experience
