    Job Description

    SALARY: $80,000 - 100,000K/YEAR

    SUMMARY:

    To gather and integrate business data for effective decision making in the following departments: Operations, Finance, Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Marketing, and Quality and Risk Management. The individual must meet all deadlines and report to the Chief Financial Officer.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support Senior Leadership team through gathering data, building models and analyzing trends for: financial operations, clinical operations, quality assurance, billing operations, marketing intelligence, patient and staff satisfaction survey from varying sources.
    • Provides support for internal and external operational reviews of clinical performance measures including PCMH, UDS, CPC, HEDIS and other quality programs as assigned.
    • Strengthens the data and information capabilities of the organization by building models, validating data and champions a data-driven environment.
    • Maintains knowledge of local, state and national metric benchmarks.
    • Evaluates organization for additional service lines and additional service areas based on needs assessment.
    • Collaboration with Billing Manager, Quality Manager/Coordinator, and eCW superuser(s) to identify and track metrics for financial, qualitative and performance data and revenue cycle.
    • Forecasting encounters
    • Productivity Reports for clinical staff and patient care support staff
    • Demonstrates continued professional development through continuing education and participation in relevant professional associations.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; as well as additional database software.
    • Knowledge of HEDIS, UDS, CPC, PCMH, and electronic health records preferably eClinical Works.
    • Proficient statistical knowledge of data reporting.
