Location: 100% TELECOMMUTE. WOULD LIKE THEM TO BE NEAR D.C.

POSITION: INTERN

LOOKING TO PAY 15-18/HR

DURATION: 3-6 months with the possibility of a hire after the internship

NOTES:

If they had Wordpress and experience with e-mail campaigns that would be great.

Looking for someone younger and a go getter. Would take someone with no experience. They would be working within their Client Relations Group. If they had some sort of Political experience that would be a plus as well. Working within a public affairs company that would also be great.

Looking for someone that can start ASAP.

Description:

Public affairs firm helping the world’s largest companies impact policy, win campaigns, and affect change in the political landscape on a local, national, and global level. We’re looking to bolster our team with a talented, enthusiastic, and confident INTERN to assist the client relations team.

Assistance with the following executional items:

• Setting up letters to legislators and action alerts (both multi-channel and legacy) in Democracy Direct
• Setting up emails in Democracy Direct and Campaign Monitor and putting email tests through Tech Support QC process
• Setting up email audiences and scheduling emails in Democracy Direct and Campaign Monitor
• Pulling basic email and activation metrics
• Updating and maintaining basic website content on WordPress sites
• Setting up retail flyers on TobaccoIssues.com
• Coordinating edits with creative team via Asana

Skills include:
