Job Description

Growing Government Contractor looking to hire a Big Data Tester. Positions requires a DOD secret clearance.

Requirements:

Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Well versed in using Test Case Management/Defect Management tool:Test Link, JIRA, Zephyr etc.

Strong experience in Testing on big data technology platforms

Experience in testing various projects in Big Data environment

Experience in BI tools SAS VA, OBIEE, MSTR,

Experience in testing of ETL Mappings to extract data from multiple sources like Oracle, SQL Server, Flat files etc. into target tables using transformations like Expressions, Routers, Lookups, Source Qualifiers, Aggregators, Filters, and Joiners etc.

Experience in testing of large and highly complex projects using HDFS

Experience in automated ETL Testing using shell/python or any other similar scripting language would be a strong plus.

Candidate having Knowledge of domain of Pharma- Clinical, Commercial and Corporate experience will be a strong plus.
