Growing Government Contractor looking to hire a Training and Communications Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Create training and communications artifacts
Engaging with key client stakeholders to execute strategies for personnel development
Cross-functional engagement to support the overall program mission
Provide requirement and design related assistance to the development team (ad-hoc)
Assist in creating testing artifacts to support functionality
Engage with end users to help design system functionality to support the client mission requirement(s)
Required Skils:
1+ years experience in training, communications and/or change management
Experience working directly with clients at various levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort engaging senior-level client stakeholders
Understanding of inventory of OOTB Pega workflows
Understanding of Pega framework
