• Oversee digital marketing strategies/execution with a focus on new customer acquisition, revenue, and retention
• Create a comprehensive targeting strategy through a balanced digital approach
• Create and action media buying strategies that create product awareness as well as drive qualified consumers. Experience in programmatic advertising a requirement
• Develop monthly media plans allocating budget to scalable channels of acquisition and revenue
• Manage agency partner to ensure key business needs are being properly translated into digital activities and target KPI’s are being met (Conversion Rate, Click Thru Rate, Cost Per Acquisition, ROI)
• Leverage key insights and analysis to develop consistent reporting views
• Measure, analyze, and optimize digital media and prepare recommendations
• Implement optimization plans at bidding, keyword, placement, publisher, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including copywriters, product marketers, editorial, and web teams to deploy marketing efforts
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of testing methodology specifically a/b testing and landing page optimization
• 2+ years of digital media experience with a keen focus on media buying, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization
• Must have outstanding communication skills and be willing to strategically collaborate across publisher partners • Expertise creating and executing key reports and activities out of multiple data tables
• Knowledge of best-in-class analytic systems (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Adwords, etc) • Experience in Financial Services Industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and use sound judgment
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
