    LOL is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join our team and manage cross-functional marketing campaigns and initiatives. The right candidate will have excellent project management skills, incredible creative sensibilities and a passion for comedy and culture.

    As an Account Coordinator you will work under the Sales and Branded Content team supporting all vertical client accounts. The Account Coordinator should be passionate and inquisitive about media, have an eagerness to learn and work well within a team environment, but also be able to be a self-starter. They should have a general knowledge of digital media and media planning. The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team in various regards, as needed. With supervision from the VP of Integrated Marketing, the Account Coordinator manages the execution of media research, campaign trafficking, data compilation and billing. Additional responsibilities include engaging and establishing relationships with vendors and learning about the digital marketplace. Applicants must have strong communication skills and a desire to work with clients for the success of individual and team goals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    Support:

    • Assist the VP of Integrated Media and Salesperson in planning functions, such as staying informed of digital landscape, pre and post sales work, campaign trafficking, data compilation and billing.

    Organization:

    • Maintenance of status sheets, development of meeting recaps, process trackers, campaign reports, screenshots, contacts
    • Prioritization of day to day task across brand(s) and campaigns
    • Learn and use research tools to gather data, analyze insights, establish productive relationships with all media and external partner agencies for Sales.

    Development:

    • Attend meetings and develop an understanding of the media landscape and build relationships amongst LOL's vendor community
    • Attend training sessions/webinars to become fluent in media planning tools and platforms
    • Compile a vendor/media channel consideration list, learn and observe criteria for evaluating partners, assist in building and updating flowcharts
    • Customizes Media Plans that fits the needs of each prospective client while aligning with LOL rates, distribution channels, and goals
    • Works with Creative Team to outline direction and copy for decks
    • Assists in development of branded content ideas based on client RFP and campaign initiatives

    Presentation Skills:

    • Comfort speaking in front of others
    • Clear articulation of questions and needed requirements between external and internal stakeholders

    Campaign Execution:

    • Manage trafficking process with outside agencies/publishers
    • Perform campaign QA for all assets going live across LOL's digital ecosystem
    • Retrieve creative specifications from publishers and coordinate with creative agencies for asset delivery and campaign launch
    • Ensure campaigns launch smoothly and assist with campaign status validation (screenshots, live links, 24 hour recap,etc.)

    Billing:

    • With supervision of VP of Integrated Marketing and Finance Team, maintain the client billing process
    • Keep up to date tracking of served impressions that correlate with costs for auditing purposes
    • Work with Finance team to help resolve discrepancies with invoices

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications or related field
    • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • An eagerness and passion to learn more about digital media
    • Comfort level with speaking in front of others
    • Excellent verbal and writing skills
    • Strong attention to detail
