Responsibilities: • Evaluating a patient's functional status • Establishing treatment goals • Planning treatment • Implementing the plan of care through direct treatment • Coordinating treatment with other health care personnel • Providing instruction and education to patient, family, and caregivers • Evaluating need for interdisciplinary referral • Participating in multidisciplinary patient care conferences • Providing accurate, timely documentation of treatment Qualifications: • 2 years of experience providing occupational therapy to children is PREFERRED, but we are willing to mentor a therapist with less experience who shows exceptional skills and fits well with our therapy model. • We are a relationship-based clinic. Playfulness and the ability to connect and engage are a must. • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Master’s program. • Current California state licensure. Compensation: $50 - $90 hourly
