    Laughing Giraffe Therapy, a fun pediatric therapy clinic in San Jose, is seeking a full- or part-time speech therapist to join our team. You will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide comprehensive services to children and young adults. This position will be a combination of remote and in-person therapy sessions, per evolving county public health guidelines. At Laughing Giraffe, we value connection, relationship, and play. We offer the following benefits for full-time employees: Paid holidays Medical Continuing education support Responsibilities: • Evaluating a patient's functional status • Establishing treatment goals • Planning treatment • Implementing the plan of care through direct treatment • Coordinating treatment with other health care personnel • Providing instruction and education to patient, family, and caregivers • Evaluating need for interdisciplinary referral • Participating in multidisciplinary patient care conferences • Providing accurate, timely documentation of treatment Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program • Current California state licensure • Excellent verbal and written communication • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building strong relationships with clients and families • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team • 2 years of clinical experience Compensation: $50 - $70 hourly
