Position Summary The Launch Coach will coach business processes to improve profitability, increase market share, and enhance brand experience, consult with franchisees on business owner decisions, and collaborate with all franchisor team members to increase brand equity. The role will be responsible for developing and executing the business plan for the specific region, holding franchisees accountable for achieving the plan's goals, and providing consulting and recommendations to franchise owners on launch performance and business plans.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Coach the franchisees and their teams
Lead and mentor the franchises
Inspire and obtain results through coaching of the franchisees
Increase value, equity, and profitability for the region
Consult and hold franchisees accountable for their goals
Build relationships with franchisees
Conflict resolution with franchisees
Facilitate conferences and trainings for franchisees
Contribute to network-wide initiatives
Other duties as assigned
External: Franchisee
Visit franchises to evaluate operations, efficiency, and brand standards to ensure and maintain brand equity
Offer consultation and recommendations to franchise owners and GMs on overcoming operations challenges during launch
Engage Owners in Goal Setting and Review (GS&R) to determine their specific business goals, ensuring that set goals are measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-oriented
Provide resources and information on how to scale the Paul Davis business at double-digit growth; answer questions and consult new Franchisees and Associates on operational issues
Minimize job costs by regularly reviewing profit and loss financial statements with the franchise owner
Coach Franchisees along the Paul Davis Launch Path, 3 Year business plan, and ROTOR
Work with Franchisee to develop and implement strategies that help accomplish their specific business goals
Regularly review Business, Marketing, Sales, and Financial plans with Franchisee
Evaluate a 3-year plan and monitor Franchisees' sales to ensure that they are working towards meeting their quarterly objectives and 3-year targets
Analyze Franchisee performance and provide coaching feedback, guidance, and encouragement to positively impact results
Provide direct one-on-one (or group) coaching and technical assistance to Owners in the Launch Program
Record business successes and activities, and maintain communication with assigned franchise owners on a minimum monthly basis
Internal: Franchisor
Develop Year 3 business strategies for revenue growth
Quickly address performance issues that affect the franchise in order of priority
Assist with the development of new Franchise Launch procedures and processes
Assist with department and team coordination on multiple components of launching a Paul Davis franchise
Assist with Owners School, Launch, and new Franchisee training
Regularly collaborate and communicate with the Operations team and attend district or statewide meetings in your invested districts, when applicable

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business, related field, or relevant experience.
Experience leading teams, offices, and/or groups
Applied knowledge of MS Office tools, reports, and job management systems.
8 plus years of experience running a business or understanding the proficiency relating to running a business
Experience with achieving results and exceeding goals
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction.
Physical Requirement

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside offices to review franchisees business setup/model
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
Must be able to communicate and converse with franchisees over the phone and face to face
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle \
Work Environment
The employee will be working remotely from the confines of their own home, subject to heat and air conditioning. The employee will be required to travel to local offices within their region and be exposed to outdoor temperatures during travel.
Travel
This position may require up to 30-60% travel. This position requires travel to franchise locations, training sessions, and team meetings.
