We’re looking for a driven, fearless, competitive, and highly motivated Junior Growth Strategist to work closely with our Senior Growth Strategist in helping grow one of San Antonio’s top real estate brokerages. You’ll receive one-on-one mentorship and hands-on training while learning how to recruit top-producing real estate agents and build a rewarding career in recruiting. This is a role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, and is excited to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities: • Conduct phone interviews and schedule recruiting appointments • Give office tours to prospective agents • Follow up with agents through calls, texts, and email • Assist with recruiting events and networking opportunities • Create and appear in social media content • Cold call and recruit real estate agents • Build relationships with agents and help grow the brokerage • Learn recruiting strategies directly alongside the Senior Growth Strategist Who you are: • Driven and committed to achieving goals • Persistent and don’t give up after hearing “no” • Competitive and motivated by results • Fearless when it comes to making calls and starting conversations • Confident speaking with people from all backgrounds • Highly motivated and eager to grow professionally • Results-oriented and excited to be rewarded for your efforts • Outgoing, energetic, and personable • Comfortable being on camera and creating social media content • Coachable and excited to learn Qualifications: • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Familiar with online job posting tools • Bachelor’s degree required • Superb time management and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Real estate experience preferred, Sales & Recruiting experience • Real estate background or license is a plus, but not required • Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Compensation: $45,000 + Commission
