What You’ll Do:

Research market trends, demographics, and property uses to develop strategic concepts.

Prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing.

Build relationships with business owners through meetings, coffee chats, and local events.

Prepare and show properties, negotiate deals, and close leases and sales.

Create marketing materials and conduct market studies to support your clients.
