AS A CREATIVE PRODUCER, YOU ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTION AND QUALITY OF OUR CREATIVE ASSETS. IT MAY SEEM LIKE A HEAVY BURDEN, BUT YOU LOOK AT IT AS AN EXCITING CHALLENGE. YOU CREATE THE VISUAL IDENTITY FOR OUR CLIENTS. YOU ARE ABLE TO TAKE A COMPLETELY NEW PRODUCT AND PRODUCE IMAGERY THAT WILL GENERATE IT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN REVENUE AND DEFINE ITS BRAND FOR YEARS TO COME.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Manage communication with your clients & team.
• Express creative direction clearly through creative treatment /shot lists.
• Prepare for and attend green light meetings and pre-production meetings before productions.
• Product positioning & messaging through visual representation.
• Product Photography. 
• Lifestyle photography.
• Photo Editing.
• Video Production.
• Planning productions and executing with creative efficacy.

QUALIFICATIONS WE'RE SEEKING:

• Proven professional photography and/or video experience as demonstrated by a thoughtful, unique, attention grabbing portfolio of work. 
• Knowledge of editing software. 
• Applies photographic best practices and techniques.

• PARTICULAR: You don't settle when it comes to achieving the vision. The passion you have for your craft drives you to be picky about how things turn out. Each detail is intentional. Everything you do has creative purpose. 
• COLLABORATOR: You work well with your team in order to see the vision come to life. It's not a solo job and you lean into and recognize the value that your teammates bring.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS:

• $58-65K/year starting DOE.
• THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED TO REPORT TO OUR CREATIVE STUDIO IN EAST VILLAGE OF DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO. 
• Medical, dental and vision insurance (100% of employee premium paid for).
• 401(k) plan with a fully vested 4% match.
• Partially remote work with $600/ year WFH stipend.
• Untracked paid vacation time.
• 11 business days off paid for various holidays.
• Day of your birthday off paid.
• Employees must be able to legally work in the United States.
