    Candlewood Suites St. Charles is seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team. Must be willing to start immediately. This position requires open availability. The Laundry Attendant must be available to work weekends and holidays. Bilingual is a plus! Responsibilities: Remove dirty linen and towels from guest rooms and guest hallways. Stock and replenish housekeeping carts and linen bins throughout the shift, ensuring they are fully stocked and ready for use before leaving for the day. Transport soiled linen safely to the employee laundry room. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linen and towels. Pre-treat stained linen before washing. Inspect linen for stains, damage, or excessive wear. Keep the employee laundry room clean, safe, and organized at all times. Clean lint traps and maintain laundry equipment work areas. Stock clean linen in the appropriate storage areas. Notify management of damaged linen, equipment problems, or supply needs. Assist the housekeeping department with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Must maintain a clean and organized work area. Must be able to follow instructions and hotel safety procedures. Previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift. Must be able to lift and transport loads of linen. Compensation: $17 per hour
