You should ideally have experience with industrial washing products as well as the ability to lift 20 pounds or more on a consistent basis. Responsibilities: • Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager • Verify that all laundry equipment is in good working order and alert the facilities manager of any repair needs • Sort all linens to identify stains and treat stains with proper cleaning products and methods • Load all laundry into the washer and add specified cleaning agents according to directions • Take out the clothes and linens after washing and dry them following the manufacturer's recommendations Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar role preferred • Good understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and products • This position requires the ability to lift 20 or more pounds regularly • Graduated high school, received GED or equivalent • Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Compensation: $15 hourly
