About the Role:

Blast Off Bay in Goddard, KS is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to join the team at our Hampton Inn! This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting hospitality environment where your behind-the-scenes work keeps the guest experience running smoothly and at its best.

Responsibilities:

Wash, dry, fold, and sort linens, towels, and other hotel textiles according to brand standards

Operate commercial washers, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain inventory of clean linens and supplies, restocking housekeeping carts as needed

Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and remove items that do not meet quality standards

Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens

Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures for laundry detergents and cleaning agents

Requirements:

Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment or willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs for extended periods

Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
