Role Objective

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-volume processing of all hotel linens, terry, and guest clothing to ensure our guests enjoy the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Linen Processing: Sort, wash, dry, and fold all hotel linens (sheets, pillowcases) and terry (towels, washcloths) according to established brand standards.

Quality Control: Inspect all items for stains, tears, or damage; perform reclaiming of stained linen and remove unserviceable items from circulation.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate industrial washers, dryers, and flatwork ironers, ensuring correct chemical levels and load sizes.

Inventory & Stocking: Maintain organized linen storage and notify management when supplies are low.

Maintenance: Clean lint traps daily and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Guest Service: Process guest laundry or valet requests promptly and with extreme care.

Qualifications & Skills

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift/push laundry carts weighing up to 50 lbs.

Experience: Previous experience in a commercial laundry or hotel environment is preferred but not required—we will train motivated candidates.

Reliability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility: Must be available to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
