Job Description

Create the experience before the guest has even arrived. As a Laundry Attendant, the organizational support you provide to the housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and that our guests Feel Welcome from the minute they step into their room.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial washers and dryers to facilitate the cleaning of all linen, terry, napkins, banquet linens
• Sort incoming linens and terry
• Operate ironers, folders, steamers and other equipment as required
• Manual folding of various items

Qualifications

What will you bring to this role?

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Frequent walking and standing throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to withstand very warm conditions
• Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
