We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Laundry Attendant to join our team. The Laundry Attendant plays a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and pleasant experience at our laundromat. This position involves maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting customers with their laundry needs, and efficiently handling laundry services such as wash, dry, and fold. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers with operating machines, purchasing laundry cards, and addressing questions or concerns.

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a friendly and helpful atmosphere.

Help customers with drop-off and pick-up services.

Laundry Operations:

Sort, wash, dry, and fold customer laundry, adhering to special instructions and handling delicate fabrics carefully.

Monitor the washing and drying process to ensure quality service.

Facility Maintenance:

Regularly clean and sanitize washing machines, dryers, folding tables, and other common areas.

Keep the facility neat, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, and disposing of trash.

Safety & Equipment Maintenance:

Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

Ensure safety procedures are followed while handling chemicals and cleaning products.

Other Duties:

Monitor inventory of supplies such as detergent, softeners, and cleaning materials.

Assist with promotional activities or customer events as needed.

Follow company policies and procedures.
