Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring that laundry is properly cleaned, folded, and cared for. Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

Operate our POS laundry and order-tracking system

Process cash and credit card transactions

Fold and press laundry

Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs for laundry equipment

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times

Respond to guest requests with professionalism and patience

Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and restock as needed

Follow all state and local health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of performance

Friendly and customer-focused personality

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

Ability to stand for 6–8 hours and regularly lift 30–50 lbs

Availability for evenings and weekends is required. These shifts are shared among team members to maintain fair and consistent coverage.
