    Latin music is surging in popularity and will only continue to grow in prominence within pop music. Our music streaming client realizes this and we are on a mission to help them become a keystone brand as the genre grows.

    Laundry Service seeks a mid-level strategist who will help lead this effort by putting the listener at the forefront for all they do. You will know their wants, needs and motivations. Specifically, youll analyze data, derive insights and guide integrated marketing campaigns for our music streaming client. You will have interesting resources at your fingertips to mine and form insights to inspire the creative team. Your innate curiosity will keep you learning and sharing to guide the brand. You should be well-versed in briefing creative teams, building rollout and comms plans, competitive analysis and audience research. Most importantly, you are a team player who is comfortable getting in the weeds but can also step up and lead certain projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with the Strategy Team to build the plan: from designing research through to tactical execution
    • Derive sharp insights from disparate data sources, ensuring actionability and relevance for brand opportunities
    • Collaborate with creative teams to build breakthrough campaign work that forges strong emotional connections between the brand and the consumer across channels
    • Lead and coach junior team members and cross-functional colleagues through projects
    • Develop strong relationships and rapport with clients, instilling confidence in agency work and support

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of work history in an advertising agency, experience with integrated account strategy
    • Speaks fluent Spanish and strong connection to the Latin community with a deep understanding of the role of music within culture.
    • Strong communication and writing skills you can easily express thoughts and insights in a simple manner
    • Client-facing expertise you have the ability to clearly present and articulate work to both internal and external teams
    • Youre a creative storyteller you bring not just data and research but conceptual ideas to the table
