Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist located in Frederick, MD. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. The Speech Language Pathologist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and their families on best practices for communication and swallowing disorders.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Maryland. Experience working with patients of all ages and disorders, including developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and families. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Basic knowledge of computer applications and electronic medical records Strong CF candidates with an interest in working in an outpatient setting are encouraged to apply.
