We have an opening for a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great work ethic. Previous experience in home sales is not required. We offer a competitive commission-based compensation package along with other benefits. Responsibilities: Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Qualifications: A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Enthusiastic with excellent people skills You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Must hold active Real Estate License or be willing to acquire Compensation: $85,000+ at plan commission
