Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided. Responsibilities: Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs Qualifications: Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Decisive and proactive in the sales process Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Must hold active Real Estate License or be willing to acquire Compensation: $85,000+ at plan commission
