Responsibilities: Client Service & Acquisition (40%) • Comfortable being in charge of client meetings, follow-up, and implementation. • Excellent focus and works well in teams with a sense of urgency and direction. • Thrives on continually bringing in new high-quality clients and helping them reach their unique financial goals. Financial Planning & Investment Management (40%) • Integrates creativity and innovation in solving complex situations. • Implements efficient solutions to meet our clients' needs. • Keeps up on industry changes & helps our team, firm, and clients adapt and thrive through it all. Business Management (20%) • Bring creativity and innovation to the work environment. • Assists in creating & implementing the goals, strategic vision, & growth of the team & firm. • Assists with exploring & implementing new technology & solutions. Qualifications: • 3+ years of relevant experience within the financial industry is ideal. Insurance industry experience is also helpful. • Has current Series 7, Series 66 (or equivalent), WI Health, and WI Life Insurance licenses or is obtaining the qualifications currently. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to help clients. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Must be professional with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Compensation: $100,000+ based on experience & production
