We are an established small family owned business with a family culture seeking energetic and hungry individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our fast pace agency sales department. Our Agency is continuously top 20 in the country and strive for only the very best!

As a full time entry level insurance professional you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to win. Position pays a competitive base with a generous commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process.

We are an essential business with stability and a strong Corporate backing.

We also believe in choice so we will never require the Vaccine.

You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.

Position is applicable for remote consideration after 6mths.

NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. SALES PREFERRED.

A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. This is a 40hr course.

_ Responsibilities:_

• Develop and advise on insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from current centers of influence, referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Must meet sales goals
• Assist in service overflow for Agency
• Career Driven- this is a long term position

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
• Work as a TEAM
• Create relationships from a cold start, personality with a desire to help is a MUST
• Be a fantastic presenter.
• Fluent typing 40+WPM and computer savy
• A Property & Casualty license is required before starting
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Career minded vision, this is an opportunity to be part of a business looking to double our clientele within 5years.
• Ability to obtain or posses an active Life & Health Insurance license w/in 6mths.
