Insurance Trainer
Insurance Consulting Firm seeking a full-time INSURANCE TRAINER About the agency:
Our agency was founded with one thing in mind: “Make Insurance Agents' days easier.” We’re seeing that our products and services are in a growing demand because of that belief.
We are a consulting firm with a team of 20 work from home (WFH) staff serving clients in the insurance industry. The majority of our clients generate between $1M-$10M annual revenue. They look to us to solve their technology and offshore recruiting challenges.
We communicate internally via Slack and on Zoom. We communicate primarily with clients by email, phone, slack and Zoom.
We have several departments with primary key players, but we all help each other to get the tasks done.
Currently we have 120 Virtual Assistants and are growing by 10+ each month.
What we are seeking in the ideal candidate:

Responsibilities in this role:
Training Activity
You will spend your time managing our new VAs during their nesting phase.
You should comfortably lead Zoom meetings to instruct our VAs in Insurance CSR tasks. Such as but not limited to: Leaving notes in the Agency Management System, Checking downloadsMortgagee change requestsBillingTasks/suspenesAccordsQuote Preparation
Evaluate VA performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
Prepare learning materials for programs.
Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
Conduct & Report on surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
Research new teaching methods.
Client Service and Retention Activity
Treat our Prospects, Clients, and team the way you want to be treated.
Onboard with VA and New clients. Create a plan and check in with the VA to ensure they’re understanding their tasks, look for areas for retraining.
Answer client inquiries about VA Training Status.
Our agency service level agreement (SLA) is to have a 4 hour response rate to all inquiries.
Investing energy into our VAs, helping them with their soft and hard skill enhancement.
Administration
Coordinate with the HR-PH reps to meet VA applicants
Update Applicant Status inside agency software.
Update training material as needed inside of Trainual.
Update department “how to’s” and SOPS as needed
Maintain, collaborate and store files inside our Google Share Drives.
Collaborate with the agency team members who handle other aspects of client projects. Inform them of your progress, hand off your completed portion so the other team members can finish their aspects.
Ownership of Agency Weekly meetings reporting on VA nesting statuses.
Seek improvement of skills through reviewing recorded content individually and in group settings. Stay current on market trends, and competition.
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
Client Satisfaction Reporting

Any Hi’s and Low’s during the nesting phase or onboarding process?
Obtain client satisfaction rating
Seek grow from and incorporate client feedback and request into future behavior

Compensation & Benefits
Starting annual salary of $70,000 USD
This full-time role is 40-hours per week
8 company holidays per year. New Years, 4th of July, Memorial, Labor Day, Veterans, Thanks Giving, Black Friday, & Christmas
10 days of paid time off (PTO) per year, accrued 1 PTO day every 208 hours (5.2weeks) worked
