    Wage and Benefits Package

    Hourly Rate: $40-48

    Paid Sick and Vacation Time: Up to 4 Weeks Based on Length of Service

    Requirements/Skills

    Knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials

    Extensive technical skills within the trade

    Knowledge of local building codes

    Ability & willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet customer requirements

    Understanding of operational concepts including planning, scheduling, and logistics

    Excellent customer service skills

    Ability to manage employees

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

    Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Display a clean, neat, professional appearance

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Service Titan preferred.

    Responsibilities

    Service

    Plan and implement procedures to maximize efficiency while establishing controls that ensure a consistently high standard of quality and safety

    Provide unparalleled customer service support, and respond to customer inquiries and problems promptly

    Identify sales opportunities and provide estimates to clients

    Balance quality and profitability to ensure customer satisfaction and meet or exceed company financial goals

    Act as a culture leader to ensure technicians are satisfied, supported, and motivated

    Review service invoices and approve for processing

    Coordinate across departments to ensure proper scheduling and material procurement

    Work in conjunction with other departments to optimize vendor relationships

    Establish and manage the on-call schedule

    Execute the fulfillment of agreed-upon services to membership clients

    Technician Management

    Manage and supervise field staff within the division

    Motivate and support technicians

    Complete division training, employee reviews, employee performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems

    Ensure individual and team goals are consistently achieved; ensure team members are working up to the highest standards

    Conduct regular site visits and team meetings with employees to review policy and procedures, performance, and quality

    Safety Coordination

    Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines

    Other

    Coordinate completion of warranty work per contract and/or instructions

    Embrace new products/technology and industry best practices and convey this knowledge to team members

    Develop and recommend improved work methods and standards

    Interface effectively with other departments

    Promote and support the Company brand

    Requirements

    Trade license and/or 5-10 years of direct relevant experience.

    Three years’ supervisory experience.

    Experience in business management

    Mechanical aptitude.

    Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, desired).

    Current driver’s license.
