LOCATION: COMPANY IS BASED IN ATLANTA, GA | REMOTE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME, SALARY ($50-$80k based on experience with generous Bonuses)
WORK HOURS: M-F 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to our Chief Executive Officer, Ruby Asabor, that is eligible for our industry-leading benefits package, including health care, PTO, a tiered bonus incentive plan, a one-month paid sabbatical every three years, and paid maternity and paternity leave, among other stellar perks. This position requires candidates to reside in Atlanta, Georgia or within close driving or flight distance for regular in-person meetings throughout each month. (Atlanta residents are preferred not limited)
Hours for this position are typically 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday, but are somewhat flexible, as this position is more about accomplishing certain tasks and objectives with a high level of responsiveness than adhering to a set clock in and clock out time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
You will be responsible for driving the marketing plan through various different strategies (paid ads, content marketing, social media, newsletter, SEO etc) to drive revenue, grow our follower base, increase brand awareness and improve conversion. You will be designing and executing the digital marketing and social media strategy from conceptualization to execution across all touchpoints to reach our business targets.
The ideal candidate has a passion for all things digital marketing with experience in social media management and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Not only are you able to foresee our marketing needs at a strategic level, you’re also ready to roll up your sleeves to engage with customers, support in copywriting, drafting scripts and everything in between. RESPONSIBILITIES
Allocate time to hire, lead, develop, coach and guide your team in establishing goals and developing their competencies that drive performance.
Develop successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution using paid, earned, shared and owned media methods.
Create, manage and monitor all campaign budgets to ensure all marketing goals are met and exceeded
Delegates and assigns tasks to the marketing team
Plan and manages the company’s social media and advertising strategies
Collaborates with the marketing associate to develop and write content kickoff/brief documents and present the information to the company’s CEO
Collaborate with the graphic design team on visuals for digital content, advertisements and any other deliverables for campaigns and create graphics on an as needed basis
Collect, analyze and interpret data in order to adjust marketing strategies as needed
Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
Prepare accurate reports on a marketing campaign’s overall performance
Attain project milestones as scheduled and present final materials on-time
Work with the Director of Operations to identify any tools or systems that are best suitable to accomplish project objectives
Work with the internal and external marketing team members to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the company’s industry.
Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project files and documentation like course uploads, instructions, charts, logging and tracking etc
Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the overall business strategy
PROFECIENCIES
You are data-driven with a passion for conversion optimization, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Strong experience generating and executing social media campaigns across platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics.
Strong knowledge of content strategy and best practices to engage targeted users and
meet business goals.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and good organizational planning skills including the ability to juggle multiple projects and work under pressure to strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS OR A RELATED FIELD
5-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING AND EXECUTING HIGH PERFORMING DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS ACROSS MULTIPLE CHANNELS
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO LEAD AND WORK IN A HIGH VOLUME, HIGH DEMAND, AND HIGHLY COLLABORATIVE, SUPPORTIVE, TEAM ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT
MUST BE ORGANIZED, CREATIVE, ENTERPRISING, PERSUASIVE, AND TACTFUL.
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK AND COMMUNICATE WITH A TEAM WITHIN AN ONLINE COLLABORATION PLATFORM.
STRONG HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE TACTICS AND BEST-PRACTICES FOR PERFORMANCE MARKETING CHANNELS INCLUDING PAID SEARCH, EARNED MEDIA, PAID SOCIAL, RETARGETING, AND MORE
ABILITY TO OPTIMIZE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO DRIVE PERFORMANCE BASED ON THE KEY SUCCESS METRICS
