JOB TYPE: Direct Hire, FTE 

JOB LOCATION: Metairie, LA 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform installs, moves, adds and changing PC equipment and peripherals
• Provide support for Windows Desktops and iOS & Android Mobiles
• Document troubleshooting steps and processes
• Maintain security and confidentialities that come with the position
• Other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to travel locally and work outside of normal office hours as needed.
• Experience with Windows and Mobile Phone environments
• Experience diagnosing computer hardware problems
• Experience in installing and testing software applications, printers, and peripherals
• Experience with phones and telecom network (PBX, cabling, wiring, VoIP, 66 Block, etc.)
• Knowledge and basic experience with networking, routers, switches and servers
• Strong communication skills
• High school Diploma
