We are searching for the next A-player in the Orlando area to join our growing company. We’re searching for a knowledgeable engineer with excellent customer service and people skills to assist onsite and remotely with our customers on active projects.

Job Summary:

Technicians are expected to be experienced IT Support Resources with a high-level proficiency in PC workstation software support, hardware maintenance (including printer, laptops, and workstations), communicate clearly with others, and IT customer support experience. High proficiency in networking technologies like Firewalls, APs, and Switches is a plus.

The Role:

• Resolve new and escalated tickets, always working toward a final resolution and avoiding “band-aid” solutioning. Do what’s best for the client!
• Promote a culture of customer service, respect, and excellence.
• Take a proactive approach when solutioning technologies for clients.
• Work as smart hands with our senior engineers to rack equipment and troubleshoot networking issues in real time.
• Incident management and outage recovery, appearing onsite as needed.
• Assist with project solutioning and implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Information Technology fields.
• 2+ years’ experience traveling to client sites performing IT practices and procedures.
• Certifications a plus – CCNA, VCP, Azure, etc.
• Experience working with Servers, Networking, Virtualization, M365, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism with both internal and external customers.
• MSP Experience (Preferred)
