    The position of Office Administrator is responsible for the following tasks:

    • Perform AP and AR tasks as assigned
    • Assist with administering the PSA and ticketing system to track billable hardware and software items along with labor for tickets
    • Perform HR onboarding activities as assigned for new employees
    • Perform HR offboarding activities as assigned
    • Assist with new client setup in PSA system (Connectwise Manage)
    • Login to distributor sites and assist with billing reconciliation of software licensing monthly
    • Perform Sales Administration tasks as assigned
    • Assist in sending quotes to clients
    • Assist sales personnel in producing proposals and following up with clients
    • Develop and maintain pricing lists to assist in quoting of products and services

    The Office Administrator should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. The Office Administrator should also be willing to assist in answering phones and directing service, sales and billing requests to the appropriate department or individual. The Office Administrator will be familiar with Quickbooks and have a fundamental understanding of bookkeeping.

    The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who enjoys being the first person in the office every morning. They would have a strong technical understanding of office administrative software and online services like CRM tools, Office 365, Quickbooks and Sales prospecting software. They should also enjoy having a variety of different tasks such as sales admin tasks, accounting and general office assignments. They should also be driven to help grow the office by completing tasks quickly and with precision.
