The position of Office Administrator is responsible for the following tasks:
The Office Administrator should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. The Office Administrator should also be willing to assist in answering phones and directing service, sales and billing requests to the appropriate department or individual. The Office Administrator will be familiar with Quickbooks and have a fundamental understanding of bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who enjoys being the first person in the office every morning. They would have a strong technical understanding of office administrative software and online services like CRM tools, Office 365, Quickbooks and Sales prospecting software. They should also enjoy having a variety of different tasks such as sales admin tasks, accounting and general office assignments. They should also be driven to help grow the office by completing tasks quickly and with precision.
