The Law Clerk Intern provides legal and administrative support to attorneys while gaining hands-on experience in a law firm environment. This internship is designed to expose law students to practical legal work, legal research, and day-to-day firm operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and analysis on assigned matters • Draft legal documents, memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence under attorney supervision • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including reviewing files and organizing documents • Summarize discovery materials, medical records, and other case-related documents • Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and depositions as needed • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks related to legal matters • Maintain organized case files and assist with document management Qualifications: • Current enrollment in an accredited law school or undergraduate program with an interest in law • Strong legal research and writing skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with basic computer applications and legal research tools preferred Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
