As a personal injury litigation attorney, you will work alongside this team to prepare and keep our clients well represented, helping them to receive the justice they deserve. As an ideal candidate for this position, you will be a dedicated and results-driven attorney who is passionate about pursuing justice for your clients. You will possess exceptional litigation skills and be able to push your clients' cases to their fullest potential. You will be able to adapt to the adversarial relationship that comes with personal injury litigation and remain steadfast in your pursuit of your clients' interests.
TN law license is required. AR and MS licenses are a plus. A minimum of two years’ experience in litigation with a preference for candidates with jury trial experience and experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Familiarity with local judges and practice customs are essential qualities.
