We are looking to hire a Law Firm Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and information
• Preparing payroll
• Manage day-to-day operations
• Plan and maintain work facilities
• Provide administrative assistance to management team
• Manage staff
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Perform other office tasks

​ Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Office Management experience required working for a law firm

• Human Resources experience required, including recruiting and benefits management

• Payroll experience a plus

• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain office and building records and ensure compliance with legal requirements

• · Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with ability to multi-task

• Ability to work independently and as a team member

• The urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service

• Strong organizational skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Strong leadership qualities
