    This isn’t your average legal support role. As our Senior Legal Administrator, you’ll sit at the heart of everything that keeps our firm running smoothly, combining your legal admin skills with your love for systems, tech, and making things work better. Clients will appreciate you, and attorneys will worship you! Responsibilities: Legal & Executive Support • Manage legal files and case pipelines from open to close • Keep client and matter data up-to-date in platforms like Cksmklex, Microsoft, and our own tailored CRM • Assist with billing, invoicing, and subscription-based legal services • Support our founder with calendar, email, and small task management • Provide backup support for client communication and internal workflows Operations & Project Management • Lead internal projects like systems and process development • Build and optimize workflows in CX and Monday • Roll out automation and AI-enhanced solutions for team efficiency • Coordinate firm-wide initiatives • Support the integration of emerging tech to improve the client and team experience HR & People Ops • Help with hiring and onboarding new team members • Maintain HR systems and records (time, benefits, payroll, etc.) • Assist with tracking performance metrics and building a positive work culture • Ensure internal policies are followed and continuously improved Qualifications: We're Looking For Someone Who... • Has a minimum of 3+ years of legal support, operations, or project management experience • Is familiar with all Google-based programs or similar legal tech (or ready to learn) • Loves organizing, optimizing, and thinking in systems • Gets excited about AI tools and workflow automation • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver • Communicates clearly and works well with remote/hybrid teams Compensation: $57,500
