Responsibilities: • Review denied claims or underpaid claims • Prepare and submit appeals with supporting documentation • Research payer policies and denial reasons • Track appeal statuses and follow up with payers • Communicate with the Billing Manager to gather needed information • Maintain accurate documentation in billing systems • Audit clients to ensure appeals are handled promptly Qualifications: • 1+ year experience in law office billing, claims, or appeals • Strong written communication skills • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently • Knowledge of denial codes & payer guidelines (preferred) • Auditing skills (strongly preferred) • Must reside in the Southern Nevada area, as this position is in the office Compensation: $45,000+ annually salary
