This job is Remote in Chile Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the workflow of legal cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and priorities are clear to the entire legal team. • Continuously ensure priorities are up to date and clear for all members of the legal team. • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other team members to ensure clarity and alignment on case progress. • Identify and address potential bottlenecks in case management, proactively suggesting solutions to maintain momentum. • Maintain meticulous records of case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. • Work with the client care coordinator to ensure continuous client satisfaction, ensure questions are responded to, and ensure for team accountability. • Support attorneys by preparing case summaries, reports, and other necessary documentation for court proceedings and client meetings. Qualifications: • Experience in legal case management, preferably within immigration law. • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. • Proven track record of effective communication with clients, attorneys, and team members. • Strong organizational skills to maintain meticulous records and manage case files efficiently. • Ability to identify potential bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions. • Experience in drafting and preparing case summaries and reports. • Ability to navigate case management software and keep pertinent details up to date. • Proficiency in working with the client care department in ensuring client happiness remains high.
