Schedule: • Full Time (40 hours per week) • Monday - Friday • 9 AM - 5 PM Responsibilities: • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns to maintain strong client relationships. • Manage and oversee the progress of personal injury cases, ensuring timely and efficient handling. • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to gather necessary documentation and information for case preparation. • Review and organize case files, ensuring all documents are complete and accurately filed for easy access and retrieval. • Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns to maintain strong relationships. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. • Proven ability to meet deadlines, be organized, and multitask in a high-paced environment.
