Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to: • Bring a lively attitude to our office space • Operate a multi-line phone system • Check and transfer voicemails • Distribute Mail and Faxes as they come in • Ensure copy rooms, conference rooms, and bathrooms are tidy and stocked • Manage supply inventory • Prepare conference rooms as necessary • Light janitorial throughout the day • Greet and assist all visitors to the firm • Starts new client binders Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional office setting • Experience professionally handling high-volume inbound calls, including client intake and case-related inquiries • Strong client service skills with a polished, compassionate, and professional phone presence • Proven ability to multitask, stay highly organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment • Comfortable with basic computer skills, including typing and standard office software; training on firm-specific systems will be provided • Reliable and punctual, with consistent and dependable attendance required • Available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly
