Our rapidly-growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Responsibilities: • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency • Conduct intake and sign up new clients • Set up their files in the case management system • Complete initial tasks • Prepare files for case managers • Must be willing to work after hours and weekends occasionally Qualifications: • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
