Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries from potential new clients • Listen with empathy, assess case eligibility, and explain the intake process clearly • Convert qualified leads into signed clients using professional communication and follow-up skills • Gather detailed information about potential clients and document all interactions accurately • Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure seamless handoff of new cases • Maintain an upbeat, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor at all times Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or legal intake (personal injury experience a plus) • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence • A naturally empathetic and persuasive personality • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required • Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and a passion for helping people during difficult times Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour plus bonus DOE
