    Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! If you love connecting with people, communicating with confidence, and making a real difference every single day — we want to hear from you. What you'll do: • Be the first point of contact for prospective clients — answering calls with warmth, professionalism, and purpose. • Guide conversations with potential clients to understand their situation and evaluate whether their case is a strong fit for our firm. • Confidently communicate the value of our legal services and help prospective clients feel confident about taking the next step. • Schedule consultations and coordinate attorney calendars, keeping everything organized and running smoothly. • Conduct intake surveys to gather key information and assess case suitability with empathy and attention to detail. • Accurately document all client interactions in our case management software and maintain organized records. • Manage day-to-day office tasks, including email correspondence, document management, and data entry. • Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach efforts and help grow the client base. Responsibilities: • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth • Confidently communicate the value of our legal services and help prospective clients feel confident about taking the next step • Schedule consultations and coordinate attorney calendars, keeping everything organized and running smoothly • Conduct intake surveys to gather key information and assess case suitability with empathy and attention to detail • Accurately document all client interactions in our case management software and maintain organized records • Manage day-to-day office tasks, including email correspondence, document management, and data entry • Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach efforts and help grow the client base Qualifications: • Sales or customer service experience highly valued • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • Previous legal experience a plus • Strong computer and data entry skills • Attention to detail Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
