This remote position is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible initial experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, be fluent in English and Spanish, and be skilled at screening and assessing potential client calls. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm. • Screen calls to determine if the caller fits our client's criteria and direct them accordingly. • Collect and record detailed client information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide clear information about our services and intake process. • Schedule consultations and follow up on potential leads to encourage conversion into clients. • Collaborate with the legal team and client engagement director to provide seamless client handovers. • Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring all client interactions maintain a high level of confidentiality and compliance. Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel • Strong computer and data entry skills • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in customer service, client intake, or similar client-facing roles. • Ability to handle high-stress situations with empathy and patience. • Proficiency with CRM systems and other digital tools used for client management. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling a high volume of calls. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
