The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for handling inbound inquiries, answering phones, and guiding potential clients through the process of retaining our law firm. The primary goal of this position is to effectively communicate the value of our legal services with a view to converting the caller into a signed client. Responsibilities: • Client Interaction: Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients in a timely and professional manner. • Sales: Assess the needs of potential clients, explain our legal services, and persuasively communicate the benefits of choosing our firm for their estate planning, Medicaid, Guardianship, and probate needs. • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule consultations with attorneys and ensure that potential clients are connected with the appropriate legal professionals. • Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain client information in our case management system. • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to potential clients to ensure they have the necessary information. • Collaboration: Work closely with the COO, attorneys, and other team members to ensure a seamless client intake process. Qualifications: • Sales Experience: Proven background in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional service. • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Legal Background (Preferred): Experience in the legal field, particularly in estate planning and probate law, is highly desirable. • Listens with humility , respects and values others, and is not afraid to broach difficult conversations or ask the hard questions in order to help prospective clients and clients make the right decision for themselves and their loved ones • Gets that estate planning is not a transaction and is not just "forms" or "documents," but rather, is a dynamic process that evolves over time, which requires building caring relationships with the people we serve • This role does not involve giving legal advice, so legal experience is not require d • We are looking for a team player with the drive, empathy, creativity, and organization to help us expand our business • The person we hire must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to work every day Compensation, Benefits, And Schedule The typical schedule for this role is 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshop presentations. The base salary range is anywhere from $40,000 to $70,000 annually, dependent upon experience and qualifications Competitive base salary with performance-based compensation for total On Target Earnings of $100,000 annually, an expert in this role can achieve $110,000+ Comprehensive benefits package includes paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, vision insurance, and dental insurance. This is a full-time hybrid position with your in-office schedule being based on client demand for in-person meetings, and department coverage needs Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
