    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Law Firm We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to oversee our law firm's marketing initiatives. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the Owner and outside vendors to develop and execute a marketing plan that enhances the firm's brand presence, attracts potential clients, and supports business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns in the legal industry. Responsibilities: • Implement marketing strategies aligned with firm's goals and target practice areas. • Maintain and elevate brand identity across all materials and client touchpoints. • Manage website updates, web copy, email campaigns, and social media presence. • Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns to maximize performance. • Collaborate with attorneys to produce high-quality content, including blogs, articles, case studies, and videos. • Utilize AI tools appropriately to enhance efficiency and content creation. • Maintain and grow the firm’s referral network. • Coordinate events, webinars, seminars, and community outreach efforts. • Develop client-focused marketing initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction. • Manage the marketing budget and oversee vendor relationships. • Provide monthly reports on marketing performance and KPIs. Qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years in marketing, or 3 years in legal/professional services marketing. • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Strong understanding of service-based marketing, preferably within legal or financial industries. • Experience with digital marketing tools, including website management, email marketing platforms, and social media for business. • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta advertising, Canva, CRM nurturing funnels, keyword research, and analytics tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights. • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Compensation: $50,000
