The Alsandor Law Firm is a respected Houston family law firm handling high-asset divorce and complex custody cases. We are growing and need a steady, organized Operations Manager to help stabilize billing, hiring, and workflow systems. This is not an entry-level role. This is not an assistant role. This is an operations leadership position. Compensation • $70,000 – $90,000 base salary (DOE) • Performance-based bonus up to 10% tied to measurable operational metrics • Professional, high-accountability work environment • Growth opportunity as the firm expands Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Responsible For **Billing & Collections Oversight ** • Monitor accounts receivable weekly • Track and enforce evergreen retainer replenishment • Ensure invoices go out on time every billing cycle • Implement structured follow-up for past-due accounts • Track realization rates and billing compliance • Provide clear weekly financial reports to firm leadership You must be confident discussing financial expectations professionally and firmly. Hiring & HR Systems • Draft and post job listings • Screen resumes efficiently • Conduct first-round interviews • Create interview scorecards • Oversee structured onboarding (30-60-90 day plans) • Assist with performance tracking and documentation You help us hire well and reduce turnover. Workflow & Operations • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Monitor case progression and internal workflow • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions • Improve internal accountability systems • Optimize use of legal practice management software (Clio experience preferred) You bring structure without drama.
